Entrust a robot

Is your robot at the end of its life, broken, or simply no longer useful at home? Before throwing it away, let's talk. We will know what to do with it — for itself, for its future companions, or for their parts.

What we accept

All domestic or assistance robots: vacuums, mowers, connected toys, companion assistants, humanoids, articulated arms, personal exoskeletons, household drones. Working, broken, incomplete, missing the charger — we take them all.

We do not accept: autonomous weapons, heavy industrial equipment, or any medical-grade robot without its decommissioning paperwork. When in doubt, write to us.

How it works

  1. You write to us. An email, a few photos, a short description. Nothing more.
  2. We write back. Within a few days, with an honest estimate: adoptable, retirement, or organ donor.
  3. You send it or drop it off. We cover shipping for adoptable robots. Others are on you (or delivered in person).
  4. You hear back. Upon arrival, then at the major steps of its life with us — or, for organ donors, a list of the residents it helped save.

What it costs

Nothing. The shelter is a non-profit project. If you want to support it financially, a donation is always welcome — but never required.
